Hi All,

I've a problem concerning the object "bind" with a named cache.
Without any explanation, object "unbind" from the cache. I observed this
phenomenon with sp_helpcache result.

After I can bind objects without any problem and no message
error.

Any clarification

Regrads,
Xavier

My guesses ...

1 - someone/something is unbinding your objects; are there any [other] DBA's who could be dropping the binding?

2 - the object is being dropped and recreated; run sp_help, or look at sysobjects.crdate (for tables) or
sysindexes.crdate (for indexes), to see if the object's creation date is changing ... thus indicating that the object is
being dropped and recreated

3 - a bug in the software; you'll need to contact Sybase TechSupport to see if this is a known issue with your
particular version of ASE
